CPA Australia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 14 May 2025 at 5.30pm (AEST) at the offices of CPA Australia Ltd, Level 20, 28 Freshwater Place, Southbank, Victoria.

Members can participate in the AGM by:
- reading the Notice of Meeting
- attending in person or watching via the online platform
- asking questions of the Board or Auditor regarding matters to be considered at the AGM. You can ask questions before or during the meeting by following the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting
- submitting your Proxy Form for the 2025 AGM in line with the instructions in the Notice of Meeting and by clicking

CPA Australia is working with an external registry service, MUFG Corporate Markets (AU) Limited, to independently manage the distribution of the Notice of Meeting, lodgement of proxies and registration for the AGM.
