Appointing a Proxy
A member who is entitled, has the right to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting on their behalf.
A proxy need not be a member and may be an individual or a body corporate.
As there are no resolutions for members to vote on at the AGM, a proxy form has not been provided. However, if you wish to appoint a proxy you can do so by clicking

The appointment of your proxy must be received by the Returning Officer no later than 5.30pm AEST on Monday, 12 May 2025.
Steps for online lodgement:
- In the Member No. section, enter your Member Number.
- Enter your country name where indicated (outside Australia)
- Enter your postcode where indicated (within Australia)
- Follow the instructions on screen to appoint your proxy.
- Once you have appointed your proxy a receipt confirmation page will be displayed – if your email is in the system this confirmation will also be emailed to you.
Attending the meeting in person
If you are a Member or proxy holder and you attend the meeting in person, you will be required to register as a Member or proxy holder on arrival to be able to ask a question during the meeting.
Registration will open from 4:30pm (AEST). If you are a Member registered in Australia, you will need to provide your Member number and the postcode registered to your membership and for overseas Members who are able to attend physically, confirm your country code when registering at the registration desks in the foyer of the venue.
Attending the meeting online
If you are a Member or proxy holder and attend the meeting online you will need to log into the online platform at
https://meetings.openbriefing.com/CPA25
. Once you have registered as a Member or proxy holder you will be able to ask a question during the meeting.

. If you are a Member registered in Australia, you will need to provide your Member number and the postcode registered to your membership. Members registered outside Australia will need to choose your country code from the drop down menu to register once you have logged in.
