Register to attend Woolworths Group’s General Meeting

A General Meeting of Shareholders of Woolworths Group Limited (Woolworths) will be held at 11:00am (AEST), Friday, 18 June 2021 to consider the demerger proposal and the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting contained within the Demerger BookletOpens in new window. Acknowledging the potential for restrictions on public gatherings imposed from time to time in response to COVID-19, and in the interests of the health and safety of our Shareholders and the broader community, we encourage you to attend the General Meeting via the online portal. If you do wish to attend the General Meeting in person, please register your intention to attend in person below.

We want to make it simple for you to understand how we collect, use and share your personal information, so please read on to find out more.

How and why we collect your personal information

We will collect your name and email address when you complete the General Meeting registration form. This information will be used to reserve your place to attend the General Meeting in person and may be used to communicate with you regarding changes or updates to the General Meeting, for example to notify you of a change of location.

If you attend the General Meeting in person, we will also collect your name and phone number when you scan the Contact Tracing QR code at the venue. You also have the option of providing your email address. This information will be used only for the purpose of contact tracing to prevent the risk of spread of COVID-19, and as otherwise requested or directed by the relevant State or Federal Government in accordance with COVID-19 regulations or as otherwise required by law. If you do not share this information with us you will not be able to attend the General Meeting in person.

Sharing your personal information

In the event an attendee at the General Meeting is shown to be COVID-19 positive, we may use your personal information to contact you to advise you of this. We may also share the information you provide to Woolworths with relevant health authorities or their nominated contact tracing agencies for COVID-19 contact tracing. 

All information collected will be securely stored in servers in Australia, and will not be transferred overseas.
