South West Zone Director Election

A director election is being held in RACQ’s South West Zone. Eligible Members in the South West Zone are encouraged to exercise their right to vote in this election.  The ballot closes at 2pm (Brisbane time) on Sunday, 17 November 2019 and online votes or completed ballot papers are to be received by the close of the ballot.  Click on the Director Election tab for more information.

Annual General Meeting

RACQ’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, 19 November at RACQ's corporate offices, 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4113.

The meeting will consider the financial accounts for the 12 months to 30 June 2019 and other important matters. More details of these items are included in the Notice and Explanatory Memorandum. As noted in the Explanatory Memorandum:

Members are encouraged to attend the 2019 AGM to cast their vote. If you are unable to attend, you can appoint a proxy or vote online.

AGM webcast and online platform

We are also pleased to offer greater member participation at the AGM through an online platform at  racq.com/AGMOpens in new window . If you choose to participate in the meeting online, you will be able to view the meeting live and Eligible Members can vote and ask questions online.

A link will be available from this site on the day of the meeting. Further details on how to participate in the AGM online are set out in the Notice of Meeting (available by clicking on the Annual General Meeting tab) and in the Online Platform Guide. The Online Platform Guide provides details about how to ensure your browser is compatible with the online platform, as well as a step by step guide to successfully log in and navigate the site.
