Welcome to RACQ’s AGM site
The AGM will be held at 10am on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 as a hybrid meeting.
The AGM will be held in-person and online. For members who wish to attend online, you can join through an online platform where you will be able to watch, listen, vote and submit written questions. Members will also be able to ask questions via telephone.
Further details on how to participate in the AGM online are set out below in the Notice of Meeting and in the Online Portal Guide. The Online Portal Guide provides details about how to ensure your browser is compatible with the online platform, as well as a step by step guide to successfully log in and navigate the site.

Items of business and annual report
The meeting will consider:
- director elections for South East Queensland and Regional Queensland
- the financial accounts for the 12 months to 30 June 2025
