You have received the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum because you are a Member of RACQ. RACQ is required to provide this Notice of Meeting to you under section 249J(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

The Notice of Meeting contains information about the Items of Business at the meeting to be held at 10.00am (Brisbane time), Wednesday 07 October 2026.

RACQ have very strict guidelines which must be followed if we are able to move a motion requested by a Member. You will need to refer to the Constitution and Corporations Act 2001 in understanding what is required of you to have a motion heard.

Alternatively, you are more than welcome to submit a question in writing prior to the meeting or attend on the day and ask your question.

Participation in the AGM is not compulsory, although it is encouraged and welcomed by RACQ.

If you are a member, you have the following options:

• Attend the AGM in person
• Attend the AGM online
• Direct vote prior to the AGM
• Appoint a proxy to attend the meeting in your place and vote

Attendance and participation is not compulsory, so you may do nothing.

Yes, car parking will be available by turning off Levington Road into RACQ’s corporate site and following the signs.

No, RACQ do not expect you to advise your attendance or non-attendance, however, if you would like an apology recorded, then you are welcome to do so via the contact details on the site.

Members may submit written questions to RACQ if they are unable to attend the meeting, do not wish to appoint a proxy to participate on their behalf, or wish to submit a question beforehand by 10.00am (Brisbane time), Monday 05 October 2026. No, voting is not compulsory. However, your attendance and participation is welcomed and encouraged by RACQ.

If you cannot attend the meeting and still want to participate, you can appoint a proxy to attend the meeting in your place or direct vote prior to the meeting.

If you do not wish to attend the Meeting, you do not have to do so.
