Lodge Your Vote

GXL would like to invite you to lodge your proxy vote online. To lodge a proxy vote use the link below and follow the simple instructions.

  1. Click on the link below.

  2. Enter the Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number for your holding (HIN).
  3. Enter the postcode (Australian address) or country code (overseas address) relevant to each shareholding.
  4. Type the security code, tick the terms & conditions box and then click Login.
  5. Proceed through each screen and select ‘Voting’ to lodge your vote.
  6. To be effective, a proxy form lodged electronically must be submitted no later than 10.00am (Sydney time) on Monday, 4 February 2019.
