2026 MEMBER ELECTION
Every 3 years, we hold an election for Elected Members. These roles play a key role within the governance framework of HCF.
As a Voting Policyholder you are entitled to vote in this year’s election, and I encourage your participation in the voting process. It's your opportunity to elect Members who will represent Policyholders including voting at the Annual General Meeting on important company and governance matters such as Constitution changes, Director Elections and Director Remuneration. This year, there are 11 Elected Member positions to fill and 13 candidates standing for election, including 2 who are seeking re-election in accordance with the HCF Constitution.
