Voting

If you’re a Voting PolicyholderOpens in new window you can now vote in the election of HCF Elected Members.

This year we have 11 Elected Member positions to fill.

There are 13 candidates standing for election, including 2 who are seeking re-election in accordance with the HCF Constitution. Candidates standing for re-election are identified on the ballot with an asterisk (*) beside their name.
 

Casting a valid vote

1. Please select candidates equal to the number of vacancies (up to a maximum of eleven (11) candidates) that you wish to vote ‘For’. If you select more than eleven (11) candidates you will not be able to complete your vote.
2. Only 1 vote may be lodged online OR by paper. Only the first vote received will be treated as having been received and will be considered as your final vote, irrespective of whether or not it is valid.
3. If you submit your ballot paper by not selecting any candidates, that will be considered as your VALID vote as being first received and no further voting will be allowed and any subsequent votes will be disregarded. 
4. All votes (online or by paper) must be received by MUFG Corporate Markets (AU) Limited no later than 5pm on Tuesday 13 October 2026. Members under the age of 18 years are not allowed to vote. 
5. Voting entitlements may be exercised by your attorney and in that case please contact memberelection@hcf.com.au for next steps no later than 5pm on Tuesday 06 October 2026. 

How do I vote?

To vote online simply click on the Vote nowOpens in new window button, located on the right of this page, and follow the instructions. You’ll need your HCF membership number and postcode.

If you have received an email with the voting link, you will need to login using your membership number and postcode to vote.

To vote using the paper ballot received in the post, simply scan the QR Code appearing on the top right side on the form, type in your postcode and enter the voting portal to view documents and cast your vote. Alternatively, follow the instructions on the form and return in the reply paid envelope provided.
