procedures.

Hoi San holds a Master of HR
Management from Rutgers University,
USA and a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Scripps College, The Claremont
Group for Colleges in the USA. She
has a graduate diploma in Personnel
Management and is also an Accredited
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessor
as well as a Certified Evaluator of the
Thomas (DISC) Personal Profile System.
